· Responsible for submission of complete on-site data as per project compliance to stake holder & assign authority for the project's .

· Monitor & track site execution & supervise all construction activities as per specification.

. Monitoring the progress of construction activities, tracking work schedules, and identifying any issues or delays that may arise. Implementing corrective measures to keep the project on schedule and within budget.

· Supervise detailed quantities survey and cost breakdowns for client presentations.

. Collaborating with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to coordinate construction activities, resolve conflicts, and ensure that project objectives are achieved efficiently.

· Fully Enforced health and safety protocols to minimize accidents and injury.

· Review all architectural and structural drawings for smoothly monitoring activities of QA/QC Inspector & execution team.

· Lead team of Technicians and QC engineers.

· Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with (IFC) drawing, applicable standards, and Specifications.

· Ensure that all related inspection and testing activities with regards to Environment, Health & Safety. Procedures and maintenance rules are respected.
