- Conduct site surveys and technical evaluations for new and existing radio sites.
- Review project requirements, technical specifications, and design documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for site readiness and material delivery.
- Install telecom and radio equipment including antennas, feeders, RRU/BBU, microwave links, and associated components.
- Perform antenna alignment using appropriate tools (e.g., GPS, compass, RTAs).
- Integrate radio equipment into existing network infrastructure.
- Ensure correct routing and termination of RF, fiber, and power cables.
- Execute site integration and commissioning activities per vendor (Huawei/Nokia/ Ericsson/ZTE) guidelines.
- Conduct VSWR, DTF, power, and RF parameter tests.
- Perform microwave link commissioning and alignment.
- Validate KPIs after on-air activation.
- Prepare detailed acceptance test documents (ATP).
- Prepare daily field reports with work activities, equipment used, and issues encountered.
- Update as-built documentation including schematics, configurations, and test results.
- Submit site acceptance packages for client approval.
- Follow all safety procedures related to working at heights, RF exposure, and electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and secure all equipment during installation.
