• Developed a full Operation Plan to ensure workplace safety, functionality, and comfort.

Operation Excellence

• Disrupted the current parking model in Bupa and applied unassigned parking to increase utilization by130%
Projects
• Mohammediah Building:
- Facelifted the 10th floor and relaunched it with 3 zones (Event room, canteen, and recreation area).
- Renovated 500 sqm for 2 new departments.
• Bupa HQ:
- Renovated a 100 sqm space to be relaunched as co-working space for Horizon project.
- renovated 30 public toilets to improve the user experience in terms of design and use.
Safety & Security
• Replaced the security guarding provider and enhanced the service quality.
• Restructured the security team and applied a new working policy that affected the team’s outputs.
• Upgraded the access control system in all buildings and installed the new Nedap multi-technology readers.
• Adopt a sustainable green environment (Energy efficiency, recycling, etc.) to be a LEED-certified building.
• Generated new revenue streams by utilizing our internal Hard/soft services and provided new services to our tenants.
• Built a full strategy to enhance the user experience by launching a smart App integrated with gate access, visitor management, parking, facilities, and more.
• Maintain healthy property Receivables by achieving 95% collection EOY Closing.

Operations Manager – Jameel Square Property Management / May 2019 – Mar 2020
• Launched a defect management system to improve the quality control and the property's inspection process with a digital ticketing solution to save 1000 hours from the team's productivity.
• Created a new evaluation and recognition system for the building's security team.
• Managed to collect 95% of the JS 2018 till Oct 2019 rental dues by implementing a complete collection process and escalation procedure.
