BIM Manager: PIF SEVEN Program 6 Jazan ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX "On-Site"

• As a supervision BIM Manager, I'm responsible for reviewing the BIM deliverables for Jazan Entertainment Complex as per SEVEN Requirements "EIR and AIR"
• Examples: BEP BIM Execution Plan, MIDP Master Information Delivery Plan, TIDP Task Information Delivery Plan, Field Verification Plan 'Laser scanning', Clash Matrix, CDE Common Data Environment Workflow, Augmented Reality 'GAMMA AR' Implementation Plan on Site
• Also, responsible for ensuring the model LOD is as per the BIM Forum specification and is following SEVEN requirements and needs
• Additionally, responsible for finding the Issues "Technical or Clashes" by using the Model Coordination area at Autodesk Construction Cloud
• All of the above are managed to be reviewed on ACC and Aconex
• Applied Information Management (BIM) principles to ISO 19650 standards, enhancing project collaboration and data management.
• Finally, I created the LOD 400 Checklist to ensure the submitted models are free from any issues.

BIM Manager: PIF SEVEN Program 2 AL KHARJ ENTERTAINMENT COMPLEX "Remotely" (Start Date: Jan-2024 Till: Sep-2024)

• As a supervision BIM Manager I was responsible for reviewing the BIM deliverables for Al Kharj Entertainment Complex as per SEVEN EIR and AIR
• Applied Information Management (BIM) principles to ISO 19650 standards, enhancing project collaboration and data management.
• Examples: BEP BIM Execution Plan, MIDP Master Information Delivery Plan, TIDP Task Information Delivery Plan, Field Verification Plan 'Laser scanning', Clash Matrix, CDE Common Data Environment Workflow.
• Conducted interviews for candidates applying for positions similar to my role.
• Assessed candidates’ qualifications and fit for the project.

Worked as a Lead coordinator with sub-contractors to deliver the MEP Design drawings and Model development LOD300 by applying the coordination across all BIM models and between all disciplines to identify the clashes and issues including the required parameters highlighted in the BEP using the BIM Collab platform (Issue Managment system).

Worked as Architectural coordinator responsible to identify the clashes and the issues in the DD detailed design stage till SD shop drawing stage.
Responsible for upgrading the models from LOD 250 to LOD 400 according to the requirement mentioned in the BIM Execution Plan "BEP" and Employer Information Requirements "EIR".

Supporting the structural team by updating and modifying the structural drawings at the design stage as per the requirement/comments from the Structural designer engineer in the BIM models.

Worked with the planning team to create the 4D simulation (using Navisworks Manage) before starting the construction activities.

• Develop the BIM standardization based on the Employer Information Requirements "EIR" and BIM Execution Plan "BEP/BXP" for the following documents:
  1- Develop Shared Parameters list based on the construction and facility management requirements.
  2- Participate Creating/upgrading the Revit families library from scratch/LOD 300 to meet the LOD 400 Requirements.
  3- Develop the architectural deliverable list of the Shop drawings SD Task Information Delivery Plan” TIDP”
  4- Develop the Project BIM models deliverable Master Information Delivery Plan "MIDP."
• Participate in developing the architectural shop drawings using Revit.
• Applying the coordination process to identify the clashes and the issues in the SD Shop drawings of the Construction stage.

Applying the coordination process using Navisworks Manage and Revit software for a specific part of the project (Roof Top) by applying the UAE Fire and Life Safety Code of Practice "COP" 2018 in the project between all disciplines by identifying the clashes and issues that appeared.

Participate in developing the architectural shop drawings using Revit.

BESIX - ORASCOM JV (Grand Egyptian Museum).

Worked as a BIM coordinator with sub-contractors to deliver the BIM model development to meet the LOD 400 requirements and applied the coordination process across all BIM models and between all disciplines to identify the clashes and issues, including the required parameters/data values by using the (Revit, Navisworks manage).
Supported the Technical office team in providing a high level of family creation to meet the LOD 400 requirements and export detailed shop drawings directly from the Revit model.

Worked as BIM architecture to support the technical office team by created the BIM models for architectural and structural disciplines providing Design drawings, Shop drawings, B.O.Q schedules.
