Ensures that costs for the company's products and services are allocated according to corporate procedures and in compliance financial accounting standards.

Prepare estimates of costs for unique products in order to establish prices of products and to forecast production.

Ensure that there is accurate recording of expenditure in the appropriate journals and ledgers.

Ensure the arrangement of cost of production to material costs, wages, and overhead costs.

Prepare, device, and regulate procedures for establishing unit cost of services and products

Prepare various ad hoc analysis and reports for management related to factory performance.

 Review for cost control opportunity and waste reduction. Handle inventory management, analysis, and reporting for all factory. Monthly Variances Analysis

Update the standard cost based on the average purchase prices and report the trends of raw material prices.

Prepares monthly analysis of Material Variances and Scrap/Yield report.

Controlling , Expenses

 Controlling Raw Materials, Work in Process, Finished Goods. Inventory

Experience working with engineering and manufacturing personnel on development and analysis of cost standards

Maintaining Cost System & Bill of Materials, Operations Cost and Controlling

 Ensure & Reporting Standards Production Cost , Production Costing Variances Analysis

Reporting Of Machines &Labors Cost Analysis With Cost Center & Cost Drivers

 Purchase Cost Controlling  Member of Reduction & Motion Save Cost Committee

Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed .

Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.

Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closing.
