Scope/Description

• Civil Tunnel Inspector on the NEOM Trojena Time Tunnel Project, a 4.4-km dual funicular tunnel designed for passenger and freight transport, connecting the Mirage Visitor Centre to the NEOM Vault (2,000 m ASL) with a 7-minute travel time. Responsibilities included supervision of tunnel excavation, oversight of precast segmental lining installation, and grouting works. Ensured strict compliance with NEOM IFC specifications, SBC, ACI, and ASTM standards through detailed quality inspections. Reviewed and verified ITPs and MIRs, maintained comprehensive daily reports.

Scope/Description

• DDGA Diriyah is an ambitious mega project in Saudi Arabia aimed at developing & promoting tourism by integrating heritage & cultural elements, involving the construction of road, landscape hardscaping, irrigation & potable networks, pump station, retaining wall, gabion walls, heritage curb stone culverts as well as the creation of culturally significant gates adored with palms tress & exquisite landscaping offering a captivating & immersive experience for visitor from around the world.
• Review of Roads, Infrastructure & Hardscape Drawings, Shop Drawings in accordance with the IFC Drawings.
• Participate in meetings with Client, PMC & contractor to solve the issues related to change in design or improvements.
• Review Method of Statements and Inspection Test Plans for the required Tasks on site for execution.
• Issues correction notices like SORs, QORs and NCRs to contractors/developers to correct deficiencies found during inspections.
• Ensures deficiencies are corrected prior to acceptance of the work, issues correction notices and deficiency notices.
• Inspections for Pre-qualifications, MAR, MIR and WIRs
• Reporting to the R.E and Performs various duties related to the inspection of construction work performed by contractors.
• Performing daily supervision & site inspection with the reference of approved ITP, standard & project specification.
• Supervision of road construction, verification of embankment material, subgrade, subbase, aggregate base course, MC1 RC2 according to approved mix design & conducting relative tests & sampling.
• Supervision of box & pipe culverts, retaining walls structures activities
• Supervision of central irrigation & transfer pump station reinforcement, formwork & concrete witness.
• Supervision of hardscape curb stone, crazy walkway limestone & stone boundary wall.
• Supervision of Irrigation & potable water pump station including all structure activity, monitoring concrete pouring, water proofing & protective coating according to approved IFC drawing.
• Inspection of utilities activities including irrigation & potable line sand bedding, padding backfilling & thrust block.
• Experienced in redline drawing review to ensure design accuracy and proper implementation on site.
• Proficient in managing outstanding items, snagging, and de-snagging to support smooth project handover and quality compliance.

Scope/Description:

• Infrastructure project scope consists of road works hardscape curb stones & interlock installation, utilities pressure line potable & irrigation, sewer line & storm line, electrical substation & cable laying & street lighting poles.
• Ensure the correct Implementation of the approved inspection test plan according to client requirement.
• Supervise of back filling, Sub grade, and Subbase & earthwork of road related work.

Scope/Description

• Extension of live Gas & Oil separation plant the project consists of various types of buildings includes PIB building, substation building, chemical shelter & smoking shelter structural & finishing work according to Saudi Aramco standard & specifications.
• Carry out inspection and checking for all Quality related procedures in the site and ensure activity at the site are as per approved method statement and inspection test plan according to Saudi Aramco’s standard requirements.
• Raise Request for Inspection (RFI) thru SAUDI ARAMCO Quality Management Information System (QMIS)
• Take care of QA/QC Documents of the Entire project including certificates, calibration Test result, Inspection, non–Compliance Report and site instruction.
• Supervision of reinforcement formwork & monitoring concrete by performing site test & maintain as per approved Mix design.
• Inspection of water Proofing underground & aboveground, leakage test, lightweight concrete, & Geotextile Installation.
• Finishing work according to IFC drawings like CMU, Plaster, ceramic & vinyl Tile, acoustic false ceiling, Gypsum board.
• Inspection of CMU Grouting (ASTM C 476) and Plaster.
• Co-ordinated and co-operated with Contractor’s site Foreman for all the activities.
• Raising NCR deviation from standard.
• Preparation of 2 weeks log ahead schedule, weekly & monthly quality report.
