• Implement and oversee multiple corrosion integrity programs including CMP, IOW, CCCI, OSI, ensuring compliance with Aramco standards across UR Jafurah facilities.
• Adapt and validate SAES, SAMS, and SAEP engineering standards to meet mechanical integrity and materials requirements for processing equipment and pipeline systems.
• Lead the planning, technical auditing, and execution of the UR Department Inspection & Corrosion Forum & Exhibition 2023/2024, engaging internal specialists and external industry partners.
• Act as the technical lead for organizing the 2025 & 2026 inspection and corrosion engineering forums, ensuring the delivery of high-quality engineering content.
• Supervise the deployment of the Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) program for UR Jafurah and Turif assets, including corrosion loop reviews, risk ranking, and inspection interval optimization.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize corrosion inhibitor injection systems to ensure adequate protection levels.
• Perform chemical performance assessments through coupon analysis, iron count evaluation, and inhibitor residual monitoring to verify efficiency.
• Oversee installation and inspection of corrosion coupons, ER probes, biofouling monitors, and UT sensors across processing units and pipeline networks.
• Analyse corrosion rate data and interface with field operators to adjust operating conditions or chemical strategies as needed.
• Conduct leak root-cause investigations (RCA) involving metallurgical examination
• Develop a 30-page quarterly corrosion performance report summarising KPIs, program effectiveness, active threats, and mitigation strategies under the Inspection & Corrosion Unit (ICU).

• Diagnose operational abnormalities and perform technical root-cause analysis (RCA) to ensure corrective actions and system improvements are executed within optimal turnaround time.
• Design and develop data-driven KPI dashboards to monitor asset integrity performance, improve process efficiency, and support decision-making for engineering teams.
• Interpret and review engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and 3D models in SOLIDWORKS, ensuring alignment with mechanical integrity requirements and corrosion engineering specifications.

• Provide technical support to troubleshoot, repair and maintain operational efficiencies in Wellbore Clean-Up Tools, Packer, and valves.

• Collaborate with on-site directors, operations managers, and supervisors for improving engineering project efficiency.
