Accomplishments

    While working at Lotte World, I was the first to respond to a guest who collapsed inside the attraction area. By following emergency protocols quickly and calmly, I helped ensure the guest received immediate care without any threat to their life.

    At VIPS, I once served a guest who initially expressed frustration and made unreasonable demands. I remained patient and attentive throughout, and over time, built a trusting relationship. The guest later became one of our regulars and frequently requested to be seated in my section.
