o Provide expert advice and assistance for the design, construction, and maintenance engineers and operating personnel on all matters pertaining to the Industrial Security System and telecommunication field outline the design intent, requirements, and objectives
o Coordinate with theContractor/Vendor to complete the Telecommunications & Security design
o Implementation of High Commissioned industrial security (HCIS Class 1 Facilities) at SWCC-Power & Desalination plant Phase III, Yanbu KSA and (HCIS Class 4 Facilities) at SWCC JSWRO2 plant Jubail-2.
o Review & submit the FEED package consisted of drawings, engineering document, material submittal…etc. to the client, consultant & owner for the approval.
o Develop Stage 3 Design that will gain approval from the concerned party e.g. HCIS/RMI/KDOCS/HEMA.
o Technical Review for Engineering Design and As-built (Red Mark-up, DRN, IFC)
o Installation, Commissioning and Inspection for Communication System-like Office LAN/WAN, Public Address and CCTV process systems, (Servers, Cisco Catalyst Distribution Switches, Cisco Catalyst Access Switches, Access Points Dect Base Stations, LAN/WAN, Office equipment, Analog / IP Phones, Indoor Outdoor Speakers, Handsets, In-plant Voice Paging system, Video Conferencing system) Radio System-TETRA.
o Implementation Class-1 facilities of Integrated Security System-like VASS, SACS, PABX/Intercom, Public Address, General Alarming System, Physical Security (ALPR, Road Blocker, Bollards, Turnstile, Sliding gates etc.), Personal Search Security (X-Ray Machine, Metal Detector/Explosion Detector) Security Fencing lighting, Fence Surveillance System, Voice Recorders
o Implementation of IDAS intrusion detection sensors as specified in SEC-05
o Structure cabling and patching between Primary & Secondary Cisco Distribution Switches (WS-X4712-SFP+E) to Core Switches (WS-C6509-E) & field side Cisco Catalyst 2960-XR Access Switches
o Interconnection patching between Cisco Catalyst 2960-XR Switches to Voice Mail Server (VMS) & Call Recording Server (CRS) for IP-PBX
o Installation & Configuration of CCTV Process System (Samsung SNZ 6340, PELCO, HikVision)
o Installation of security CCTV fixed cameras which is fully complaint SEC-05 & ACS, IDAS systems
o Structured cable laying (ISP) infrastructure including Conduit, Cable trays, Cabinets, Fiber optic & Copper Patch panels, Patch cords and UTP CAT.6 cables
o Outside Plant cable lying (OSP) infrastructure including a Duct banks, Cable tray layouts, Manholes and Hand holes for FOC and Copper cables
o Installation of (TETRA System) Hytera solution, Base station, Intrinsically safe radio, Mobile terminal, Radio server cabinets, Dispatching client, Omni Antenna
o Prepare design packages (inclusive of design drawings, scopes of work, and material technical specifications) for in-building and outside plant communication Security infrastructure systems
o Surveillance of Operational and Security cameras as well as Access control system
o Responsible for inspecting Instruments, Conduits (above and below ground), Cable trays/ladder racks and Cables, Junction Boxes, and Control Panels installation
o Monitor the Installation and inspection of HVAC DDC, DCS, FAGP, VMS, and Marshaling cabinets
o Support the preparation of RFI, RFM, RFQ, BOQ, VDDL and LODs
o Termination, Testing and Splicing of SM, MM FOC as per TIA/EIA & BICSI TDMM standards
o Ensure Project Quality Documentation and records are developed and maintained. (MoS, ITP)
o Monitoring the arrangement of RFI for client to witness the activities
o Inspection of TOD like ECC, SCC, MCC and PCCC with consultant and client
o PRE Commissioning/Commissioning for DATA/LAN, PAGA, CCTV Process & Security System
o Having experience in Telecom & Security Systems such as Security CCTV & Process CCTV systems, Access Control, IDAS, Road Blockers, Turnstile, RAB
o Configuration of Master Clock System
o Termination, Testing and Splicing of SM & MM FOC as per TIA/EIA & BICSI TDMM standards
o Installation of Workstation, Console Operator & Call Monitoring System for PAGA & CCTV Process System
o Installation of Fiber Patch Panels, Patch cards and Telecom devices
o Responsible to submission of material approval request (MAR, MRIR, MS, ITP) to O / OE
o Making of core documents like ECC, SCC, MCC, PCCC, CCC
o PRE Commissioning/Commissioning for DATA/LAN, PAGA & CCTV Process System
