Major duties includes:
• Configure, maintain and support all the university systems including the ERP and e-Learning system (Blackboard)
• Analyze business requirements to identify modifications needed to improve business process
• Organize and conduct training sessions to students, faculty and staff on university systems
• Administer systems data access and privileges' to users
• Ensure system integrations are working properly
• Maintain up to date documentation on related work activities and add them to the knowledge base system
• Build customized reports and dashboards using Excel advanced tools and Power BI to support management decision making
• Provided high-quality support, resolving tickets in Helpdesk system with more than 1000 and with more than 85% client satisfaction
• Ensure all systems are functioning successfully
• Perform maintenance activity for system and application software, which includes but not limited to regularly testing the system, troubleshooting and providing technical support functions to users when needed
• Responsible to be an intermediate agent between the end users sand the system providers
• Develop training materials and documentations
• Install and maintain all systems
