• Developed the business model for a freshly established solar services company which was offering a niche product i.e. Solar Net Metering for the first time in Pakistan
• Conducted market research to determine the best possible strategies to eliminate the entry barriers for solar net metering.
• Actively involved in establishing the company structure, making policies and defining operational procedures.
• Led business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities to expand company's client base.
• Developed technical literature and marketing material to educate the customers about the new technology along with answers to frequently asked questions.
• Developed the product manuals, customer handbooks and system installation guidelines.
• Oversaw the company growth from incubation till maturity currently achieving revenue targets of up to 100 million PKR per annum.

• Involved in project planning for Warehouse construction, Facility Management, Industrial Buildings Maintenance and Asphalting projects across the Kingdom. Clients include Ministry of Health, Saudi Airlines, Ports Authority and SEC.
• Coordinated with multidisciplinary project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Developed and maintained Risk Registers and developed mitigation strategies.
• Oversaw the implementation of safety protocols, conducted safety inspections and reporting.
