• Preparing and implementation of Sustainability management Plan, Erosion and Sedimentation plan, Construction waste management Plan.

• Got appreciation from MWAN & QIC on best practice of waste management from whole district resort core projects
• In our current project, the client's KPI target for waste diversion is 80%; however, we are exceeding expectations by achieving a recycling rate of over 90%
• Successfully Implemented water displacement devices (reused water bottles) and adjusted flush settings to further minimize water usage per flush.
• Successfully implemented solar lights for the site use & Solar streetlights for the roadways to reduce carbon emissions.
• Preparation & Implementation of CEMP, CWMP, for Core Resort Package-4.
