- Contact with new supplies for Skysales (inflight and Retails)

- Re-verify the received invoice / shipment document for proper closing, signature and stamping from regional warehouse and ground shops
- Ensure to tally the invoices for correct prices and quantity according to the purchase order
- Record all discrepancies noted in the invoice and re-settle the matter with the regional warehouse and ground shop coordinator to rectify and correct the discrepancies
- Coordinate with the regional warehouse / ground retail shops coordinators and close all invoices from the supplier once received
- Ensure updated product stock inventory, supply and demand

- Assist in product selection by sending out letters to potential suppliers and asking for samples and quotations

- Prepare supplier-wise purchase orders based on the selection letter, check and verify the all details in purchase order and ensure proper approval of the development manager and CCO before dispatching the orders to the suppliers
- Follow-up with all suppliers on the acceptance of the selection letter and the purchase order and secure shipment schedule of the requested products
- Provide assistance in liaising with the suppliers in the preparation inflight brochure by following up on advertising material required
- Support the procurement manager to follow-up on shipment status with each supplier both local and international
- Coordinate with the regions to monitor on time goods delivery and receipt at the regional warehouse
- Receives shipment receipt document / invoice from region, verifies and secure necessary divisional approval and forward to finance department for payment to the suppliers
- Coordinate with the suppliers for re-issuance of invoice with correction if required
- Coordinate with finance department on supplier's payments and prepare periodic payment status report
- Ensure to close the invoices with record
- Keep records of purchase, sales, and requisitions
