• As an IT/ business analyst for manufacturing, my role was to understand and gather functional and non-functional requirements from businesses and translate them for IT developers.

• In this role, I was managing and driving all activities related to APM in GIS, these activities include:

- Plan APM work and activities.

- Design and develop web-based End User Surveys.

- Update the Enterprise Architecture repository.

- Develop APM process and a strategy for APM process.

- Find new methods for problem solving.

- Designed a game for service managers to design a gamified system to gather information from them.

- Managing communications with telecom customers and suppliers abroad.

- Maintaining and developing international relationships.

- Enhancing the company´s image in social media.
