Responsibilities:-

1- Creating a maintenance program from an administrative and technical perspective and how to manage it over a period of time
2- Receiving customer communications and analyzing problems to find out how we can help solve the problem
3- Monitor management priorities and coordinate the team’s workflow to meet demand.
4- Prepare a list of requirements to solve elevator problems
5- Supervising the work team and delegating tasks to them in line with the company’s management
6- Receiving and reviewing the elevators installed by the company, conducting a comprehensive examination of them, and delivering them to the customer
7- Inspect the quality control of elevators, adjust doors, level of doors, and accuracy of locking and opening doors
8- Assisting in resolving malfunctions and maintenance problems in general and preparing monthly reports on malfunctions to know the percentage of malfunctions and trying to reduce them.

5- Receive and review the elevators installed by the company and conduct a comprehensive examination of them

6- Checking the quality control of elevators, adjusting the doors, the level of the doors, and the accuracy of locking and opening the doors
7- Assisting in resolving malfunctions and maintenance problems in general and preparing monthly reports on malfunctions to know the percentage of malfunctions and trying to reduce them.
8- Preparing technical reports on the technicians and evaluating each technician in relation to the problems found in his own line

Responsibilities:
1- Analyze problems to find out how we can help solve the problem
2- Preparing a list of requirements to solve elevator problems, including spare parts and others
3- Supervising technicians and distributing them to work locations
4- Review the elevators that have been installed, conduct a comprehensive inspection, and include them in monthly maintenance
5- Inspect the quality control of elevators, adjust doors, level of doors, and accuracy of locking and opening doors
6- Preparing monthly reports on malfunctions to know the percentage of malfunctions in each line
7- Preparing technical reports on the technicians and evaluating each technician in relation to the problems found in his own line
8- Review the tension of the ropes on each elevator
9- Assisting in resolving malfunctions and maintenance problems in general and preparing monthly reports on malfunctions to know the percentage of malfunctions and trying to reduce them.
