- Responsible for the requirements Programming, gathering, design, configuration, integration and implementation of process control solutions for the Pulp and Paper industry including software like Honeywell QCS System, PLC-DCS system (Honeywell Experion PMD- PKS R430, R510 using Control Builder, CM, SCM, and Profibus c300), and other Siemens PLCs
- Continually deal with issues that arise in production process and must be adaptable to new production trends and have an aptitude for technology
- Planning and organize Annual Maintenance Plan (AMP) using (SAP); which includes monitoring and implementations of all Daily and Monthly Maintenance Plans
- Trouble-shooting analysis and planning for the major problems
- Preparing Failure analysis reports
- Preparing critical spare parts list & manage materials, arrange/carry-out new modification
- Follow-up/implementation of project jobs under my assignment, coordination/follow-up with other department as well
- Coordinate/follow-up of procurement, store and accounts for my scope.
