Converting the cycle count from manually counting to auto counting by stock segregation methodology to the item's sector according to the movements(fast, slow or non moved) speed and SKU wise which is supporting the WMS to improve the cycle count efficiency.
Replenishment enhancement by identifying the required items in each order in-line with the segregation methodology.
Liquidation project by playing the main role of review all the stagnant items after receiving and classifying them by as per the segregation methodology(receiving recalls, identify the stagnant stock and include them to the projects, sorted and prepared for the shipment).
