- Daily inspection of all equipments such as Barrier,Bake-14,Inter connect systems,Energy Absorber Unit(EAU),Compressor,Stanchion Mast assembly, Hydraulic Package,Nylone Tape etc.
- Familiar with Bak-14 hook cable support systems, support box assembly,elevators,pendant, cable raising sytem,rollover system,pneumatic lowering systems.
- Applying lubricants based on intervals such as Aviation Grease(AG),Dry Film Lubricant(DFL), PTFE DFL.
- Experienced in Pressurized Air distribution systems and maintenance for Bak-14
- Familiar with Energy Absorber Unit(EAU-500S).
- Maintain the Hydraulic fluid level in Accumulator by using Hand pumb and static pressure as 125 psi.
- Inspection of any leakage or damages from hydraulic systems such as from fluid lines,control valve, shuttle valve,Brake assembly, needle valve etc.
- Familiar with Electric rewind system which have electric motor,gear reducer,drive chains,fluid couplings etc.
- Inspection of HP-40 net center line, alignment, elevation, damages for suspension straps, anchor straps, anchor discs etc.
- Perform Net strength Test after 180 days.
- Familiar of stanchion mast assembly systems and hydraulic package which includes hydraulic manifold,flow control valves,accumulator,pressure switch,relief valve,solenoide valve,dump valve etc
- Check the pressure of hydraulic systems(2200 psi) and inspect any leakages
- Lubricants applying based on intervals for Barrier and interconnected systems
- Capable for 30 days,90 days, 180 days and 24 months inspections for various equipments.
- Bleeding of brakes,Measure Brake Wear etc(30 Days)
- Full pull out of tape and inspect reel for corrosion,Measure tape edge distance,Measure side plates of tape reel.(90 Days).
- Perform Net strength Test, Synchronization of Energy Absorber Unit(EAU) and Proof test hydraulic systems, Replacing of shear pin links,Tape Cropping(180 Days).
- Tape end to end inspection and rotation(24 Monts).
- Trouble shooting for each systems if required.
