Team leader duties

• Leading small landscaping team, coordinating team members on site and managing on site duties
• Filling job reports, communicating with supervisors and clients, providing feedback from work sites
• Maintaining tools, managing necessary repairs and replacements for maximal safety and performance

Construction duties

• Preparing and laying down the turf in new residential and public areas

Maintenance duties

• Operating ride-on mower in reserves and street verges in residential areas
• Regular maintenance duties such as lawn edging, hedge pruning, cleaning mulch gardens, trees and plants trimming, weeds spraying
• Maintaining rain gardens for the City of Marion so they can work properly and keep the rain water out of the streets

• Operated various of landscape tools and equipment
• Worked with other team members to complete the work plans
• Learned about job sites and clients to provide excellent work for each work site

• Maintained organic kiwi fruit orchard during all seasons of the year
• Learned a lot of important things in horticulture during the whole year processes of the kiwi fruit plants
• Focussed of right pruning and cutting to keep the plants in the best shape

• Responsibility for all outside areas in the hotel Kernow Charters Towers
• Kept the lawns in a great shape with right irrigation and mowing to keep them in desired height
• Provided daily pruning, branch cutting and weeding to keep the hotel tidy
• Digged trenches for electricity cables
