I am currently a Technical Support Specialist for Miele, where i also have over 4 years experience as a domestic service technician. I have a qualification as an electrician with domestic, industrial and mining experience. of which I completed my Certificate III in Electrotechnology as a mature aged apprentice in 2019. During my several years in the electrical industry I have demonstrated an ability to efficiently complete a high-volume work load while maintaining quality results and strong customer satisfaction.
I am currently seeking new opportunities to develop my career that may progress into increased leadership and management responsibilities.
Provide Technical Support for all Miele product use and installation information as well as technician software support for internal Miele employees and technicians and external service partner companies.
Provide basic preventive callout fault remedy advice for Miele customers .
Participate and provide technical information for newsletters for, feedback to technical problems to Miele Germany.
Conducted daily repairs and maintenance of Miele's market leading appliances in domestic and commercial settings. This role also involved a high level of resolving customer post sale queries and achieving resolutions to various issues. During my time in this role I have received consistent 5 star customer feedback regarding the quality of work completed and their overall customer service experience via Miele's external software application

Whilst at MEGT I experienced job rotation into different work areas within the mine including the BHP Surface Electrical Workshop, the Refinery area and was also hosted out to 2 of the mine's contractor businesses ‘Cowell Electric' and ‘Mine Power Solutions', mainly working on short to mid-term electrical projects.
I was proud to complete my mature aged apprenticeship, achieving both practical workplace requirements and theoretical TAFE study requirements to obtain my certification. Amongst other experiences I also took great pride in being a part of work teams that achieved successful planned project outcomes such as lengthy HV cable installations in at times, extremely tough conditions.

The first 14 months of my apprenticeship was at Alinta Port Augusta power station, working under the guidance of the Electrical workshop team until the closure of the site in May 2015.

Working as a property manager for 12 months, my role primarily involved the processing of tenants applications to fill rental properties and subsequently, the management of ongoing rental agreements. This role often involved navigating the challenges of tenant and landlord responsibilities and expectations which developed my communication skills, management of professional relationships and skills in conflict resolution.

At Platinum Sports Marketing I conducted daily sales and revenue raising on behalf of charitable organisations including the Paralympic Committee, Surf Life Saving NSW and the AFL Ladder Program. The role helped upskill my communication skills, accounting and budgeting skills and also included a leadership aspect teaching new employees and building sales teams.
