Execute and run Onyx Pro Accounting -ERP-System including preparing the following:accounts chart, stock items chart, configure the system and workout then go live, now the system is working with high efficiency.
-Supervise and check the entries ( Sales invoice, sales return, Purchase invoice, Purchase return, payments vouchers, received vouchers….etc
- Inventory the stock from time to time to check how the work is going on.
- Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

- Prepare circumnutated Trial balance based on the Trial balances of the branches.
- Prepare the reports to forward to the management to express the activity of the branches so that can know the level of management performance.
- Prepare the bank reconciliation.
- Assure the customer's balances by their confirmations
