Execute and run Onyx Pro Accounting -ERP-System including preparing the following:accounts chart, stock items chart, configure the system and workout then go live, now the system is working with high efficiency.

-Supervise and check the entries ( Sales invoice, sales return, Purchase invoice, Purchase return, payments vouchers, received vouchers….etc

- Inventory the stock from time to time to check how the work is going on.

- Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

• Prepare the trial balance and Balance sheet in coordination with the external accountant
• Prepare the monthly and quarterly reports
• Supervise accountants and check their work - assets management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash book, and payroll accounts
• Make and renew insurance contracts with oil companies like Saudi Aramco and Aramco Gulf and insurance companies like National Cooperative Insurance Company N.C.C.I -Tawniya, Bupa Middle East and Medeterian Gulf insurance company
• Helping the coordinator's office with some issues as I made the insurance contracts
• Communicate with insurance companies to clear accounts and sign the final payment
• Correspondence with insurance companies in Arabic and English Language
• Accountant during the period from

- Prepare circumnutated Trial balance based on the Trial balances of the branches.

- Prepare the reports to forward to the management to express the activity of the branches so that can know the level of management performance.

- Prepare the bank reconciliation.

- Assure the customer's balances by their confirmations

- Make sudden inventory for stock and main save and confirm balances with customers. Prepare the reports to forward to the management to express the activity of the branches so that can know the level of management performance
