• Built and managed accurate sales pipeline to maintain high volume of activity.

• Initially employed as a business solutions consultant, I sold mobiles, internet, wireless broadband, fixed lines, Web hosting, 13 numbers to small business customers, both to new and existing customers.
• After a merger with our consumer team I continued to consult with both consumer and business customers to provide for their telecommunications needs.
• Regularly exceeded targets and was sent to a number of conferences in both Australia and overseas such as New Zealand, Hong Kong, Fiji, and Thailand.
• During covid was particularly busy working 6 days every week working up to 12 hours a day managing the huge transition much of the country was making to working from home, liaising with deliveries and activations for mobiles and fixed services.
• Helped train others to effectively sell and process sales using Jarvis, Carefone, Icon and myriad other Optus systems.
• Implemented effective sales strategies and plans, consistently achieving or exceeding established sales targets.
