Strategic Planning

Planning/ Budgeting

6. Evaluate the Project requirement Plan and arranging the resource requirement in advance by effective planning.

7. Review the Internal Billing for Fabricated Steel, Precast Unit, Consumables, Tools & Equipment’s etc. Department wise

8. Evaluate the Supervisor in preparing the yearly/quarterly plans and budget.

9. Evaluate Monthly Effective Fund Requirement raise to Planning Team and follow the required Document in proper period.

10. Monitor the agreed budget for the assigned scope and taking the corrective actions for improvement.

11. Determine, Manage and facilitate departmental resources (manpower & equipment) requirements, resource allocations, their mobilization, utilization and demobilization in coordination with our department.

12. Evaluate and check subcontractor’s invoices/bills, Monitor their performances and efficiencies through daily/weekly or monthly reports.

13. Review the internal bills of concrete operations in coordination with Operation planning and support department.

14. Prepare Justification for the exceeded assigned budgets items by preparing the cost estimates, financial reports with the required supported document for getting the approval.

Operations Management

15. Manage the execution and delivery of products are as per plan and fulfilling the project needs

16. Evaluate the daily production report and Communicate with concern teams directly for low performance and solve the problems to recover for upcoming production

17. Manage the execution and delivery of Operations by planning, organizing, and overseeing various project activities to meet with project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope, and quality)

18. Manage the proper resources management (Equipment’s, manpower and materials) to fulfill the projects requirements as per the agreed schedule and budget with the required Specification.

23. Manage the Precast units & Steel Fabrication yards’ operations and ensure the procurement of raw materials in time as per plan.
