Creating an atmosphere in which people feel comfortable and secure expressing their thoughts may lead to creative ideas, new approaches, and innovative solutions. I bring passion to everything that I do. I see only possibilities, not limitations. I think of all that can be done, not all that cannot be done. I have always been a self-starter and enjoy taking the initiative. I do not recognize personal or professional barriers to achieving my goals.
