In October 2010 I visited the UK to assist Peter Winston the senior Poultry consultant in the UK & Northern Ireland with a financial analysis of one of his business interests, I produced financial costing, cash flows, budgeted Income statements, and balance sheets and advised Peter on the commercial venture He was entering. These working documents have proved invaluable in conversations with his commercial manager at his bank, government agencies, and his business colleagues.
