• Inbound Responsibilities:
• Schedule incoming Sea shipments to receive before apply demurrage charges by seaport.
• Plan to post all the shipments SEA/AIR/Road in system with in lead time.
• Advise team to arrange space before new shipment receive.
• Monitor daily arrived shipments status and plan to post ASAP.
• Provided updates on critical shipments to corporate departments and customers.
• Oversaw staff training, addressing knowledge and skills gaps to maximize work quality and efficiency.
• Review monthly report which is shared by team and share with warehouse management.
• Plan staff annual leave.

Outbound Responsibilities:

• Follow brands yearly delivery budget and schedule stores picking for each brand by monthly.
• Make sure MP team share orders before cutoff time to process in system.
• Daily monitor around 120-stores orders for all brands to dispatch without delay.
• orders should picked with accuracy to avoid wrong item ship to shop.
• Trained new staff on job duties, company policies and safety procedures to facilitate rapid onboarding in times of peak demands.
• Ensured warehouse personnel were properly trained and certified on equipment use, including forklifts and pallet movers.
• Review Daily/Monthly reports and share to managements team
• Led warehouse improvement initiatives to advance operational efficiencies and increase revenue.

• Cross check daily 120 customer orders with invoices and number boxes to avoid wrong deliveries.
• Advise team to arrange deliveries by Cities/Area.
• local customer orders arrange for own drivers.
• Major cities and remote area customer orders handover to 3PL transporter .
• UAE/Qatar order prepare documents (packing list) and share to shipping team.
• update the daily dispatch report and submit to Management team.
• Monthly report with complete details submit to warehouse manager.
