• Oversee daily operation and maintenance activities, ensuring coordination and timely execution across teams.

• Continuously monitor technical parameters across ICE, PV, and BESS systems, emphasizing equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and environmental compliance.
• Meet and engage with stakeholders to assess work-related risks and develop a strategic plan to address and manage them effectively.
• Prepare daily production reports, lead KPI-focused meetings, and analyze system performance to recommend improvements.
• Develop and manage the annual operations schedule, including holiday coverage planning.
• Prepare and manage the annual O&M budget with accurate, data-driven estimations.
• Lead the operations team and respond effectively to emergency situations.
• Administer the Permit to Work (PTW) system in accordance with NOMAC policies and safety standards.

• Conduct daily meetings with the chemist, maintenance, and HSE teams.
• Managed access to the power area and ensured compliance with HSE protocols.

• Elaborate the operation strategy for the day according to the weather forecast and plant availability.

• Assess and investigate the common issues regarding solar performance, thermal transfer issues and equipment’s efficiency, set deviations and make the approved preventive and corrective actions.

• Supervise plant operation and ensure a smooth and safe operation of assets including solar field, GE Gas turbine GT13E2 -Steam turbine ST18E2 –HRSG- and BOP.
