- Perform duties and responsibilities, both at administrative and technical levels; supervising the work of trainees
- Supervising the work of microbiology division and also perform the duties based on priorities, so as to ensure the smooth functioning of the department
- Co-operates with the co-ordination activities of the department and also in other organizational co-ordinations like Hospital Infection Control Committee to maintain and improve quality
- Routine medical microbiology tests which includes all staining methods, bacterial culture and sensitivity, fungal culture and identification
