• I am associating with Khaled Juffali Elevator and Escalators Company as Installation and Maintenance Manager in Eastern Province, reporting to Director of Operations Manager and My responsibilities span over:
• Develop along, medium- and short-term plan for electrical, mechanical and maintenance work for all the company's client in cooperation with the concerned authorities
• Submit studies related to electrical and mechanical constructions that serve the company's business.
• Manage day to day field operations of elevator service, repair and testing for branch area.
• Maintain the contract, spare parts and repairs for the branch area.
• leading the execution of PPM and ensure that all related Maintenance activities are performed in accordance with Khaled Juffali policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety and environment requirements and financial target.
• Manage the allocation, preparation and training of field service staff.
• Preparing periodic reports on the work of the installation and maintenance departments, obstacles, and proposed solutions for the development of work and performance and submitting it to director of operation.
• Participate in the meetings to which he is I invited and express an opinion on the results and decisions.
• Locates potential business deals by contacting potential client and discovering and exploring new opportunities.

• I had associated with Mitsubishi Electric Saudi LTD Elevator Company from 2013 to 2015 in Installation Department for Central Region, Reporting to Branch Manager and My responsibilities include:
• Follow up Drawings approval and material submittal Approval.
• Shared with Mitsubishi engineer’s team to make a manufacturing, delivery, installation and testing and commissioning schedule.
• Follow-up installation, testing and commissioning and final Handover for all Elevators the Client.
• Coordination between the contractor and the consultant on-site and installation department and sales department.

Projects:

1- National Hospital – Riyadh (15 Passenger Elevators & 2 Dumbwaiter).

2- King Fahad Medical City – Riyadh (48 Elevators & 4 Escalators)

3- Elegance Tower – Riyadh (12 Passenger Elevators)

• Mechanical systems in elevator (The Sheave, The Car, Counterweight, The Frame, and others) with making diagnosing, maintenance and repairing of them.
• Control and Electrical systems in elevator with tracing of it and making resetting for them with some repairing and maintenance after the right diagnosing of failures.
• Calibration and maintenance for all elevators systems.
• Management working.
