• Project Oversight: Lead and manage the facility management services, including overseeing all aspects of building maintenance, housekeeping, and hospitality services within the high-rise tower.
• Hard Services Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Housekeeping Management: Supervise housekeeping operations, ensuring that the building is clean, well-maintained, and presentable at all times. Ensure efficient cleaning schedules for both common areas and private spaces.
• Hospitality Services: Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure that guests and tenants receive exceptional service, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors. Negotiate contracts, manage service levels, and ensure compliance with industry standards and contractual agreements.
• Budget and Cost Control: Develop and manage the facility's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining the highest standards of service. Monitor expenses and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure that the facility complies with all relevant health and safety regulations. Implement and enforce safety procedures, including emergency protocols and evacuation plans.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of maintenance, housekeeping, and hospitality staff, ensuring effective communication, training, and performance management. Ensure high levels of team engagement and accountability.
• Quality Assurance: Regularly assess service levels, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality control measures to maintain the facility's standards.

• Lead and manage a team of MEP engineers, supervisors, and technicians including shift management, team rota's and vacation planning
• Manage the competency and training requirements of the Hard Services teams in relation to the contract delivery to ensure an experienced and competent team at all times
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, BMS and other critical systems as per contract scopes
• Ensure all MEP services are delivered efficiently and meet the required Codes, standards and manufacturers requirements
• Oversee major repair and replacement projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
• Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contract terms and quality standards
• Prepare and manage the MEP services budget throughout the contract
• Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
• Negotiate contracts, procure materials, and manage service agreements

• Develop a comprehensive operation plan for the FM services,
• Lead the effective delivery of the operation plan for hard and soft services, to bring value and best practice across the client’s facilities and assets.
• Oversea the Profit & Loss (P&L), Ensuring accurate monitoring and management of business revenues and expenditures.
• Monitoring operations overall KPI's by defining the objectives, strategies and actions to achieve the KPI's and ensure full compliance with the SLA.
• Ensuring the reliability of the facilities and the assets, by coordinating and overseeing maintenance activities.
• Develop, Implement & oversea CAFM systems (MAXIMO & Concept 400), by preparing required assets data and monitoring the system.
• Oversees the quality of work to ensure tasks performing is complying with both local regulations and international standards.
• Ensure effective levels of communication and coordination with the client and other stakeholders.
• Oversee and review the assets management requirement and maintaining up‑to‑date asset list and status to ensure assets reliability.
• Promoting the team awareness to ensure the compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure proper surveillance and customer complaint procedures are adhered to in accordance with the contract requirements.

• Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financial
• Prepare the executive summary for the proposals/bids and provide
  necessary changes and develop the commercial aspects of the bid
• Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities

• Manage the facilities and operations within ABYAT Showroom & Warehouse in Riyadh
• Oversee the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of utility systems
• Managing subcontractors in regards to preventive & corrective maintenance for facility related issues and utility systems
• Interacts with internal stakeholders from different departments and business partners in order to resolve any FM or HSE operational issues and other issues which relates to FM and works towards consistently meeting or exceeding the FM and HSE performance objectives and indicators
• Monitor and supervise the new layouts execution process on the showroom, to ensure completion of the job within specified time frames, in an organized and cost effective manner, in accordance with the approved design and quality standards so as to meet Management satisfaction and maintain continuity of business

• Execution and supervision of Electrical systems including law current systems
• Preparing shop drawings, project planning, prepare material submittal, execution on site and handing over to the consultant
• Monitor the overall Electrical activities in the project
