Extension of Time granted by the Client for each FCN they raised.
  • SONO Tracker: Shows the whole project’s design submissions that were completed and achieved SONO status given by the PMC.
  • Field Change Notice (FCN) Timeline: The purpose of this practice is to show that the FCN requested by the Client caused the delays of the design submissions as well as to show that Atkins achieved the milestone dates in accordance to the Original Contract’s Programme.
  • Timesheet Man-hours Reconciliation: Shows how many man-hours was booked in the project compared to the man-hours that was claimed by Atkins and man-hours that was granted by the Client.
