• Familiarized with international Aramco standards
• Review of control philosophy, P&I diagrams, cause & effect diagrams, instruments list, specification sheets, loop & logic diagrams etc
• Testing & calibration of all type instruments at calibration shop
• Follow- up with construction team to close out the NCRs issued by client
• Inspecting and handling of loop checking and final folder releasing and field calibration
• Inspection of airline impulse line installation, leak testing, transmitter installation and hook up installation
• Participate surveillance of the construction activities according to IFC drawing, Saudi Aramco Engineer Standards, Specification & applicable industry codes practices in co-ordination with project inspection unit
• Conducting PMCC walkthrough, follow up to close the PMCC exception items in order to achieve the target dates
• Perform of all “RED LINE” drawings properly in order to arrangements for find “ AS-BUILT” drawing to hand over to the client
• Familiarized in Saudi Aramco site safety and permit systems
• Issuing of Bid Doc for Procurement use and establishing bidder lists, evaluating and pre-qualifying vendors, bid assessments, audits, reviewing supplier's documentation for compliance with client /international specifications /rules
• Discussion with client and consultant for work front availability and technical clarification
• Discussion with sub- contractor and sub-ordinates to achieve scheduled targets
• Analyzing total scope and planning of site as per client requirement
• Discussion with top management staff and manpower
• Carry out internal audit at the site as scheduled in the project quality plan
• Develop a method of statement for the activity including risk assessment and job safe environment analysis and inspection test plan and checklist based on specification of the project
• Liaise the technical engineer for the submission of material submitting to the consultant
