• Solving site technical issues such as (Applicable piping standard, Re routing of piping in the case of clashing with other discipline and providing solutions which can benefit project cost and schedule at the same time in line with piping standards and quality.
• Preparation of Overall Piping Tracking System and Monitor all piping progress report (Spool Status, Joint Data Fit-up and Full welding details, Hydrotest, Reinstatement and Pipe Support Fabrication data)
• Prepare piping material take off both for Piping and Pipe support as per IFC Isometric Drawing.
• Review of IFC Isometric drawing as per PMS/Applicable standards prior to spool fabrication
• Prepare purchase request of piping materials needed for construction
• Preparation of Isometric piping drawing Spooling/Weld mapping
• Keen review of Isometrics/spool drawing details before spool fabrication
• Ensure safety and quality in daily work activities at Fabrication/Site are met.
• Advance review of pipelines in 3D Navisworks model if there is clashing with other discipline and prepare piping reroute drawing proposal to Engineering if needed.
• Daily coordination to engineering team for site as built and piping re routing plan if required.
• Review of Hydrotest Package and ensure construction are completed on time with zero punch “A” remaining per Test package wise.
• In charge in site Hydrotesting supervision
• In charge in overall Reinstatement supervision ensuring all Punch “B” and “C” Items are closed.

• Solving site technical issues such as (Applicable piping standard, Re routing of piping in the case of clashing with other discipline and providing solutions which can benefit project cost and schedule at the same time in line with piping standards and quality.
• Preparation of Overall Piping Tracking System and Monitor all piping progress report (Spool Status, Joint Data Fit-up and Full welding details, Hydrotest, Reinstatement and Pipe Support Fabrication data)
• Daily spool status, pipe joint data and daily progress monitoring
• In-charge in Fabrication of stainless spools and carbon steel
• Provides drawing revision/Field Changes as per site adjustment/As-built ( Re-route, Additional spool, cut and re-weld)
• In-charge in Piping Test package preparation (Pneumatic, Hydrostatic, Service testing including Visual) making sure all piping spools and even trim lines are having respective Test Package number.
• Supervise Hydrostatic/Pneumatic testing of piping making sure all activity are following quality and safety standards.
• Supervise piping touch-up painting as per specification
• Supervise piping insulation (cold/hot insulation)
• Line checking and assist test package work flow and line testing
• Supervise punch killing prior to pressure testing and Reinstatement of pipe lines after pressure testing and line flushing.
• Test Package Package Coordinator Lead which controls and oversee all test package status.
