• Lead a team of Survey Engineers/Survey Inspectors for reviewing the boundary,
  topographic, high precision, and land development surveying activities of the
  Contractors for accuracy and ensure compliance with the Project requirements.
• Responsible for reviewing and overseeing both field and office surveys and
  mapping products that meet or exceed schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Coordinating with the Contractor's Lead Surveyor on work priorities & schedules.
• Report discrepancies and technical problems to the Resident Engineer and Construction Manager.
• Verification of Contractor's Monthly Direct Work Progress calculated quantities (such as cut & fill, asphalt etc.).
• Coordinating with the Contractor for the geotechnical instrumentation & construction monitoring activities for TBM & deep underground Stations.
• Prepare Surveillance Reports to Managers/Resident Engineers on matters relating to Survey.
• Review of Contractor's submittals (i.e., method statement, Inspection & Test Plan) related to Surveying.
• Review Contractor's Wriggle Survey Reports/As-built profile of tunnel lining for construction tolerance check.
• Assign tasks and assignments to the surveying team and monitor their performance and work output to ensure that works are done effectively.

• Establishing primary horizontal and vertical control points including reference ties for establishing the points in the field.

• Recording measurements, rod readings and calculations in field books as the work progresses.

• Checking the Contractor's work by computing traverse closures and bench circuits.

• Jointly measuring with Contractor, the completed work for payment.

• Conduct Survey Inspections of Contractor's daily inspection requests, checking completed work for conformance to the line and grade as required by the project plans and specifications.

• Checking the Contractor's setting out to verify execution and accuracy.

• Making computations necessary for line and boundary intersections, curvilinear intersections and curve calculations.

• Setting stakes for construction on the bases of plans prepared by designers and/or engineers.

• Measuring the ground as required by the client, including aspects such as small and large scale distances, angles and elevations.

• Maintaining the survey equipment in proper condition and checking the calibration frequently.

• Monitoring of geotechnical instrumentation readings and prepare report to the Lead Survey in case of alert levels.

• Mutually check and record the existing ground levels with the Contractor.
• Ensure that all reference points for line and level are maintained properly by the Contractor.
• Used AutoCAD Civil 3D to create detailed maps from raw field data.
• Performed field calculations to complete assessments.
• Conducted topographic surveys with the Contractor to assist in the design of infrastructure improvements.
• Checking the lines grades and levels of the Contractor's activities thru inspection requests.
• Survey checking for measurement purposes of the Contractor's monthly payment certificate.
• Ensure that inspection requests by the Contractor are carried out promptly using prescribed forms.
• Prepared GIS maps and written reports clearly depicting boundaries, landmarks and notable geographical features and loaded data for design use.
• Prepare straight line diagrams, AutoCAD drawings, inspection requests database, charts and weekly and monthly progress reports submitted to the Planning Engineer and Resident Engineer.
• Ensure that the Contractor delivered accurate as-built drawings by conducting comprehensive post-construction joint surveys.
• Mark all changes in levels, alignments, routs, location of items, etc... On the drawing for record and to finalize the as-built drawings.

• In charge in the design of structures for the agency like buildings, concrete and steel siphons, bridges, dams, reservoirs and conveyance structures.

• In charge in the design of various irrigation system of company both canal system and pipe system.

• Coordinate with consultants in implementing large projects of the agency.

• Conduct feasibility study of various irrigation systems of company.

• Conduct estimates cost comparison between options on proposed projects.

• Accomplish various topographic and hydrographic surveys.

• Conduct lay-out and computations of design elements for curves (horizontal and vertical), super-elevations, stakeouts etc.

• Plan, coordinate and supervise the work of several field survey crews.

• Provide topographic and cross-section surveys as required for planning and payment quantities. Assist with conducting quantity calculations as required.

• Conduct profile and traverse survey for irrigation, roads and drainage systems.

• Conduct investigation survey for feasibility study of proposed irrigation systems.

• Provide work control lines and elevations that are required for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials by field staff i.e., forms for concrete pours, anchor bolts, piping hangers and supports, lay-outs for post-harvest buildings/facilities, etc.

• Provide checking of as-built conditions that require the use of surveying techniques.

• Prepare documentation of surveying activities.

• Maintain condition and adjustment of surveying equipment.

• Handled topographic survey and detailed survey for roads and drainage systems for a 10-hectare housing project.

• Perform relocation and subdivision survey.

• Prepare location/lot plans.
