Octal KSA is a petrochemical company producing plastics trays and other packaging materials from Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) plastics through thermoforming and extrusion process.

Thermoforming:

• Collects and analyze thermoforming samples (Physical Appearance, Height, Weight, Thickness, Forming and Functionality)
• Inspects production lines to check efficiency of machines through real time product inspection in production.
• Creating Final Inspection Report for Final Products Packaging materials inspection (Carton, Pallet, PE Films)
• Reporting to Manager and Supervisor.
• SAP data encoding

Extruder:

• Visual Checking.
• Ultrascan VIS Spectroscopy operation for color orientation in a color diagram, by checking L*a*b*dE* Values based on our prepared swatch or color standard.
• Coefficient of friction and Bond Strength
• Reporting to Manager and Supervisor for progress and status of production and our products.
• SAP data encoding.

●Supports my Pollution Control Officer and Pollution Control Engineer in the environmental compliance certification through documentation, data collection or consolidation reports preparation.

●Supports permit government processing for compliance and submission to government agencies.

●Assessment of the chemicals to shipped-in in our company, checking the Material Safety Data Sheet availability, and the validity of the permits and licenses of the chemicals prohibited by the government agencies like PDEA ,DENR and PEZA.

●Assigned for the Wastewater Treatment Assessment for the establishment of the influent standard based on our facility capability through in-house testing and third-party result.

● Assigned in in-process/online area of laboratory.
● Conducted physico-chemical analyses for each sample given by production.
● Analyzed also involves gravimetric, volumetric, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry and inductively coupled plasma analysis for us to determine accurate concentration of concerned elements.
● Waste Water Treatment Plant Samples: COD,pH,Metal concentrations
●Prepares reagent.

●Assigned in in-process/online area of laboratory.

●Conducts physico-chemical analyses for each sample given by production.
