RAZA is the real estate management arm of the Saudi Public Pension Agency. I worked closely with the CEO to relaunch the company in 2018-19.

Responsible for revenue-producing property assets generating annual revenue of $145m, including offices, retail, business centers, parking, data centers and events venues.
Commercial team delivered performance of 7% above budget in 2014. Worked with development team to define product and strategy for $190m of new development and evaluate JV proposals from investors. Special focus on restructuring property and facility management procedures to improve client satisfaction.
Managed the JLL operation in Saudi Arabia from its launch in 2008 and built up to team of over twenty with offices in Riyadh and Jeddah. Asset strategy, Faisaliah Center: Provided owners of this landmark mixed use center with strategic advice on hotel conversion, retail and leasing, property management and redevelopment of legacy sites; center is now regaining its prime position in the Riyadh market.
King Abdullah Financial District, Public Pension Agency: $8bn mixed use complex in Riyadh; JLL retained while project was under construction. Developed economic and cost allocation models to help set prices and rents; created leasing and marketing strategies for office, retail, residential and attraction assets. Presented the project to potential anchor tenants.
Worked with the corporate account team, heading up emerging markets operations and supporting business development activities.

During this time I focused increasingly on working as a financial analyst with the top leasing and investment agents. In 1996 joined one of the top transaction teams as an agent and worked on office leasing and investment transactions.
Started as the Senior Analyst for the Toronto North office, then promoted to Research Manager for the Toronto Region. Developed databases for office and industrial sectors, and created financial analysis models for use by agents.
