Project Ulverston, BAE Systems: $748 million sale-leaseback transaction for corporate residential compounds in Riyadh and Al Khobbar
Asset strategy, Faisaliah Center: Provided owners of this landmark mixed use center with strategic advice on hotel conversion, retail and leasing, property management and redevelopment of legacy sites; center is now regaining its prime position in the Riyadh market.
King Abdullah Financial District, Public Pension Agency: $8bn mixed use complex in Riyadh; JLL retained while project was under construction. Developed economic and cost allocation models to help set prices and rents; created leasing and marketing strategies for office, retail, residential and attraction assets. Presented the project to potential anchor tenants.
