  • Received Orders from two major marketing partners.

  • Communicate with Freight Forwarder, Shipping line, Transporters, warehouse personnel and Marketers to ensure that all parties are working together to have guarantee that shipment are packed and delivered in timely manner.
  • Make sure that the Inventory level is properly monitored and sufficiently maintained.
  • Handles Hub order movement from first leg, second leg till reach to final destination.
  • Scheduling and preparing updated Shipment schedules to Marketers / Customers.
  • Coordinate with Marketers on monthly production & sales forecast.
  • Conduct a cost analysis for the transport and shipping line, in order to select cost - efficient and to handle the shipment loads.
  • Responsible to handle the logistics customer complaints and Ensure to have proper investigation and provide preventive and corrective action.
  • Verify the related Invoices from Shipping line / Freight forwarder against the contracts.
