Serve as System Administrator for Q-Pulse, ensuring seamless document control and accessibility.
Ensure that all employees have a Q-Pulse account and are trained on how to access required company documents, including policies, procedures, work instructions, forms, records, supplier information, and all aircraft certificates.
Maintain only the most updated revision of documents in the system, preventing unauthorized or outdated versions from being used.
Monitor the technical document review and approval process, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Enforce the use of standardized forms and templates with password protection to prevent unauthorized modifications.
Manage all document flows, whether electronic or paper-based, ensuring proper tracking, filing, and retrieval.
** Regulatory & Administrative Responsibilities
Assist in processing GACA maintenance licenses, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Update and submit monthly CEO reports with accurate data on Quality and Safety activities.

* Estimation & Analysis
Research and apply all relevant rules and regulations for estimating outside wall tiles and wall finishing of residential structures.
Analyze house plans and accurately calculate the required quantities of outside wall tiles and finishing materials using Microsoft Excel Computation Sheets.
Encode the calculated estimates into the company-provided system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company standards.
** Data Processing & Reporting
Verify, review, and email the finalized data to stakeholders in Japan for approval or further processing.
Prepare job order reports for the System Management Department (SMD), detailing hardware and software malfunctions affecting estimation processes.
*** Technical & Quality Maintenance
Manage toner replacement and ensure high-quality printing for reports and estimations.
Train new encoders on understanding estimation rules and methodologies, ensuring consistency and efficiency in calculating outside wall tile and finishing materials.
Implement strategies to reduce estimation errors, enhance quality control, and improve overall productivity in the production process.
* Equipment Setup & Operation
Prepare and set up production equipment and supplies before executing job orders to ensure a smooth workflow.
Operate machinery safely and efficiently to support production processing while adhering to company standards.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies related to equipment operation and workplace safety.
** Equipment Maintenance & Quality Control
Ensure all equipment is maintained in good and safe working condition to prevent downtime.
Perform regular maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of equipment to sustain production capacity and product quality.
*** Production Process & Workflow
Label and cut EPS (Expandable Polystyrene) using the cutting machine (Doma Process) to meet production requirements.
Deliver finished products to the next stage in the process (Bofu Process) efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, ensuring compliance with workplace hygiene and safety standards.
* Inventory Management & Stock Handling
Accept and verify delivered packages, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Ensure that all product labels are clear and visible for easy identification.
Replace damaged or missing products to maintain stock integrity and quality.
Check product expiry dates regularly and remove expired items from shelves.
** Merchandising & Store Maintenance
Set up advertising signs and displays, arranging merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.
