• Plan, schedule and monitoring the site activities and coordinating the technical and management aspects.
• Raising technical query to solve the technical issue, which is wrongly address or missing in the drawing.
• Material Take off qty. and raise purchase request to the procurement.

• Assisting in the preparation of Shop drawing, co-ordination drawing, as built drawings material submittal local and submits to the consultant for approval.
• Make red line if the work carried out not as per the approved shop drawings.

• Perform daily inspection to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawing & specification for all work under the contract document.
• Control and monitor all activities following the Method Statement & Quality Management System.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents including Inspection requests, certificates, calibration, test results and Site Inspection.
• Ensured that work is executed safely and meets Quality Control requirements as per standards & approved drawings
• Responsible for quality & workmanship of every activity through knowledge of all phases of engineering ( HVAC, Plumbing & Fire Fighting).
