The responsibilities of a fish cutter, also known as a filleter, include cleaning and cutting fillets, shucking shellfish, scaling and trimming fish, and otherwise processing these seafood products so that they are ready for sale or for cooking in a restaurant.

what ever costumer need prepare fish making fillet, slice, cube, open same like book etc..

• Ground meats to create sausages and specialty meat items.
• Prepared roasts with use of boning knife, skewers and twine.
• Inspected meat upon delivery to verify freshness and quality.
• Filled display cases with freshly-wrapped products from work area or items pulled from cooler.

• serve customers and handle any returns and refunds.
• unpack deliveries, stock shelves and arrange displays.
• rotate and replace stock.
• promote products to meet sales targets.
• keep the store clean and tidy.

• Started and stopped the machinery
• Assisted with the factory production line
• Removed dirt, swept, and mopped the area
• Charged and uncharged equipment, carts, and dollies.

• Kept the material in safe state in the space provided
• Prepared and maintained priced stores ledger regularly on all material receipt and issue
• Prepared list of slow moving, none moving and dead stock and discuss this with department head
• Any other assigned responsibility entrusted by senior Management.

• Walked or drived about the site to locate trolleys
• Collected trolleys together
• Pushed trolleys back to the trolley area
• Removed debris from trolleys and periodically cleaned the trolley stock.
