• Monitor General Contractors' daily logs to ensure compliance with building plans and specifications.

• Support the handover process for two projects (Experience Center & Eastern Gate), with a focus on quality control.
• Assist the Construction Manager in defining project objectives, establishing procedures, implementing data collection methods, and setting performance standards in alignment with corporate policies.
• Prepare comprehensive project progress reports for stakeholder reviews and meetings.

• Raising daily/ RFIs and WIRs
• Attend weekly meetings and regular site walks with client/ PMC regarding work progress, ongoing activities, and safety issues
• Ensuring safe work practices and quality of work always adhere
• Directly responsible for logistics of all façade materials on the site
• Responsible for directing and coordinating a subcontractor façade company in dismantling and installation.
