• maintenance , preventive maintenance and dealing with malfunctions of BMS and HVAC system "air handling units, absorption chillers, boilers ,cooling towers and dehumidifiers"
• Responsible for all automation system including PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE plans, regular backup, corrective maintenance and overall system enhancement .
• responsible for installations , new modifications , SAT , FAT and similar duties .
• responsible for maintenance & troubleshooting of PLC software & hardware.
• responsible for maintenance & troubleshooting of electrical issues related to automation "various types of motors and drives ac, DC , DCBL, servo and stepper"
• execute the annual preventive maintenance plans on a monthly basis
• monitor and control the stock balance of automation spare parts depending on the store data.
• follow all necessary instructions regarding safety along with the equipment safety .
• follow the principles and concepts of GMP .
• maintenance, preventive maintenance and dealing with malfunctions of high shear mixer, FBD,mill, bag damping stations, turbo sieve , sachet filling lines cartooning , shrink wrapping machines , water treatment plant, tablet press machine , coating machine blender, blister & cartooning , empty hard gelatine capsules machine , encapsulation machine .
• selection and calculation of power cables that complies with loads.
