Duties:

• Develop construction schedules for mechanical works in coordination with overall project timeline.
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and structural teams to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems.
• Attend project meetings with consultants, subcontractors, and clients. Plan and manage material deliveries, tools, and equipment.
• Supervise and manage mechanical engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure daily and weekly work plans are executed as per schedule. Conduct site inspections to verify quality and progress.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Assist in variation claims, material approvals, and shop drawings.
• Act as main point of contact for all mechanical construction matters.
• Provide technical support and progress updates to project managers, consultants, and clients.
• Attend site inspections and handover meetings with relevant authorities or stakeholders.

Duties:

• Providing link between office and site staff.
• Convening and chairing meetings with clients and consultants.
• Monitoring site progress and inspections.
• Providing weekly progress reports to senior managers and company MD “Moderate Directors”.
• Ensuring that all construction and installation activities carried out in accordance with Health and Safety Regulation.
• Maintaining quality control procedures.
• Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements.
• Prepare project organization and communication charts.
• Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members.
• Assist QS and planning department for update of MEP system progress.

Royal Saudi Air Force "RSAF"

Electronic Warfare Centre (EWC) Building.

• Assisted in managing building services for high-end residential projects.
• Supported all phases of construction projects.
• Coordinated with individuals in various project roles.
• Collaborated with sub-contractors to agree on goals and monitored performance.

Duties:

• Prepare Periodic Reports as required for Higher Management
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise by reviewing related documents.
• Keep the Project Manager and others informed about project status and issues that may affect client relations.
• Advice any impact on services caused due to Structural / Architectural changes and raise Query to MEP Manager.
• Provide technical advice to construction team.
• Oversee MEP services installation and coordinate with civil team in way to avoid stoppage, delay and reworks of either teams.
• Review site productivity reports and assist the team to achieve targets & improve productivity.
• Coordinating with MEP Team & all other departments to issue site clearances on timely manners.
