● Performing installation, maintenance, service and repair to hot and cold equipment, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigerating equipment, including window and package units, freezers, water coolers, remote controls, pumps, compressors, condensers, and related parts and assemblies.

● Spare parts control and monitoring

● Machine/equipment documents control, history and maintenance checklist

● Ensure process control parameters are met.

● Performed preventive maintenance on all equipment such as oven standing chiller, proofer, conditioning cold room freezer and cold room chiller quarterly, semi annual and annually.

● Equipment safety and improvement.

● Conduct calibration in all equipment

● Generate report for all trouble encountered equipment

● Driving an automobile to transport workers and equipment to and from job sites.

● Ensure all reagents, apparatus, and laboratory discharges are decontaminated properly and efficiently to avoid recontamination of all materials.

● Responsible for efficient operation of the autoclave machine.

● Responsible for preventive maintenance check of the autoclave machine.

● Provides assistance to analysts during environmental monitoring.

● Responsible for keeping the area clean and sanitized.

● Conduct inventory of materials to keep a safe stock level.
