- Witness NDT for the required joint along with NDE technician and filling the checklist.
- Coordinate with NDT agency and collect the reports, and register the details in applicable report forms or log books.
- Proper direction and information for assistance to NDT technicians in accordance with RT activities.
- Responsible for monitoring RT results in coordination with QA/QC welding inspector.
- Raising RFI for radiographic film evaluation and reporting.
- Prepare the assessment sheet (RT) and checklist (UT), along with RT and UT reports, and send to Saudi Aramco.
- OID for review and approval.
- Receive the reports from Saudi Aramco OID and file the approved one.
- Updated the daily RT report.
- Provide the NDT rejection reports to the welding inspector as per the highlighted markup for every rejection of the NDE results and subject for welding repair.
- Raising RFI for NDT works (RT, MPT, LPT, UT) in QMIS and sending to PID, PMT, Aramco.
- Report directly to the Project Site Manager/QC Manager regarding the status of NDT activities, including preparation and compilation of all NDT documents.
