• Project Scale: Gross Floor Area 708,000 square meters; designed for 25 million annual passengers
• Designed by Foster and Partners’ Kuwait International Airport is a high profile project planned to provide a redefine of Kuwait's flight experience and establish a new regional air hub in the Gulf - these strategic aims will be matched by a state-of-the-art terminal building, which will provide the highest levels of comfort for passengers and will set a new environmental benchmark for airport buildings.
• Its state of art engineering construction solution is rooted in a sense of place, responsive to the climate of one of the hottest inhabited environments on earth and inspired by local forms and materials.
• Managed fully BIM-driven processes with LOD 400 using Navisworks and Revit.
• Target LEED Gold certification through sustainable construction practices, site management, and documentation.
• Foster and Partners’ team is part of the consultant team by the client (Ministry of Public Works, Kuwait) to supervise the construction. Eve is responsible for construction coordination, shop drawing review including interior design package, specialist furniture design, toilet design.

Rathbone Square, London:

-Project Scale: Site Area 38,300 sq.m; 162 luxury apartments; and 212,800 sq.m office space.

- A mixed-use complex strategically located one minute from Elizabeth line.

- Feature sustainable design: “Excellent” for BREEAM 2014

- Established headquarters for Facebook in London, enhancing urban development.

31 St. James’s Square, Office tower, Central London:

-Project scale: Gross Internal Area: 15,986 sq.m

-The 7-storey project provides grade A office space. Eve was part of the design team of the project, responsible for the following stages:

Stage 4 Tender Package. LOD 200 BIM deliverable.

Stage 3 Detail Design

Stage 2 Planning submission (Approved) The project was also one of the pioneering projects in the company to employ full BIM model delivery from design stage to contruction drawing procurement

Foshan NOVA shopping mall,

- Project scale: 60,500 sq.m gross floor area.

Participated in early massing development to shape project vision and layout.

Designed façade elements to enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality.

Developed detailed layouts for office tower and shopping areas.

• Supported urban renewal effort while conserving Zhu Miao heritage site.
• Facilitated direct underground connection to local subway station for improved accessibility.
• Played a pivotal role in establishing NOVA as a premier shopping destination in Foshan.
