Monitoring day-to-day operations and supervising team’s performance against contracted SLAs and KPIs to achieve client’s contentment. Managing multi- disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, specialized deep cleaning, Pest control, landscaping, Security and Sub-Contractors. Inspecting facilities, machinery, equipment, system, etc., in order to verify conditions for calculation of approximate annual maintenance cost. Regular visiting sites and creating reports using computer aided technologies like MS Excel, MS Word, etc., Preparing and submitting invoices from all the regions to the clients. Good communication skills and working with people who speaks a language other than English. Conducting site surveys with an effort to produce accurate bidding and commercial proposals. Control and manage installation works followed by testing and commissioning of all assigned projects including site team leaders and commissioning engineers. Accountable for on-time schedules throughout the project and finishing it with an average of 5% less than assigned budget.
