• Establishing pediatric intensive care unit starting from 4 beds to 19 beds capacity.
• Diagnosis and follow -up of all critical pediatric cases.

• Assessment and follow up of all neonatal cases from level one to tertiary level.

1. Doing and reading Doppler echocardiography in echocardiography lab of Cairo University Pediatric hospital 10 case three days per week.

2. Assistant in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization for 5-6 cases in catheterization unit of CUSPH once per week.

3. Supervising and following out- patient clinic of pediatrics cardiology clinic once per week.

4. Bed side clinical round and doing echocardiography in pediatric cardiology ward and pediatric cardiac ICU.
