Set and Develop GRC and Quality Management System approach at TAWAL by applying Integrated Management System "IMS" to ensure all business operations are streamlined with international standards including ISO 9001 for QMS, ISO 22301 for BCMS and ISO 31000 for ERM to ensure achieving customer satisfaction, business continuity, and enterprise risk management by meeting stakeholder’s requirements through the application of the system.

Key Tasks/Achievements:

  • Implemented a robust Governance framework for TAWAL in compliance with applicable regulations in KSA, including developing Policies, Processes and Guidelines
  • Ensure clear accountability split among departments with adequate level of authority to meet business needs
    Oversee functions activities and ensure adherence with governance policies and best practices.
  • Formulate and manage robust mechanism to identify and report conflict of interest; and ensure good practice of checks and balances are in place.
  • Identified and Managed risk through the risk register, and ensure comprehensive mitigation plan implemented for all key risks.
