- Conduct a Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) for each project prior to commissioning.
- Prepare all equipment punch lists and verify that all items are in place.

- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.

- Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and schedule. Attend project meetings e.g. progress, stakeholders, design review, value improvement, etc.
