  • Review the concepts for new proposals initiated by plant personnel and conveying to the management for further processes.
  • Develop a Conceptual Development Package (CDP) and get the end user's approval.
  • Co-ordinate with external consultants for Feasibility study & Detail Engineering Package (DEP).

  • Responsible for project development: engineering studies, licensors selection, technical bid reviews, preliminary engineering, detail design, materials procurement, construction, pre-commissioning, handover, commissioning, startup, and close out.
  • Conduct a Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) for each project prior to commissioning.
  • Prepare all equipment punch lists and verify that all items are in place.
  • Review and approve as-built drawings for each project.
  • Compiles and produces project portfolio periodic reports to give an overview through trends and statistics.
  • Well is conversant with SHEMS standards.
  • Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
  • fully familiar with company Key Performance Indices (KPIs) and achieve them for projects under the division.
  • Review weekly and monthly reports on the status and progress of the contracts, including project costs and schedule. Attend project meetings e.g. progress, stakeholders, design review, value improvement, etc.
  • Negotiate agreements and change orders with design and execution contractors.
  • Assign appropriate manpower to all parts and phases of the project.
  • Ensure timely resolution of project issues arising in all phases of the project development.
